I regret that there are no password hints displayed but the minimum length is 8 characters. Does your new password meet this requirement? If I go into my profile I see User ID, Username, Pass, Confirm Pass, etc. If I put in a newly-desired password into the pass and confirm pass, it tells me "Your profile was not updated." I've tried this while leaving the confirm email box blank and tried it with the confirm email box filled in. Am I missing something or is the password not able to be updated?
